also according to michael collins when the three of them were discussing what neil armstrong should say when he first stepped on the moon, collins suggested armstrong say “Oh, my God, what is that thing?” and then scream and cut out his mic.
Everyone forgets Michael Collins and it’s fucking tragic.
Honoring Lord Hephaestus this disability pride month by being gentle with myself and using my mobility aids when I need them during this horrific pain flare instead of putting it all off and acting like I’m okay like I usually do. Does it feel like a setback? Yes. It always does. Never mind the fact my condition is incurable and that I’m always in an awful amount of pain. But I know He wouldn’t want me to make it worse for no reason.
HAH! When I was working on character/prop design on Arthur, the script just said that Buster showed up in his pajamas. But since it struck me that Arthur’s pajama design included bunny slippers… and his best friend was a bunny, it seemed fitting to include Aardvark slippers on Buster’s pajama design.
Apparently the storyboard artist was amused and he featured the slippers in a closeup! I was so proud!
